Each month I will send you 2 mini sized flavors (Chef's Choice) of freshly made Brown Sugar Caramels. All you have to do is select the prescription (sorry, I did it again :) ) I mean subscription plan 3 or 6 months.

Caramel Crave Rx Box (mini size)
Brown Sugar Caramels are made to order in small batches and best enjoyed fresh. Your Crave Rx Box will be shipped on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a Sunday or holiday, then the order will be shipped on the Monday or next Business day after the holiday.
All Crave Rx Box orders must be placed at least 5 days prior to the 15th in order to be fulfilled by that date. Any order placed after 5 days before will be fulfilled in the following month.
