Exercise improves blood flow to all tissues. This improves the penetration of antibiotics and helps with detox. Exercise also releases various chemicals like endorphins and enkephalins that produce healing effects and improve immune function.

Fingerle and Wilske (2006) noted that every manifestation of Lyme borreliosis needs to be treated with antibiotics. The type of antibiotic applied and duration of treatment will depend on the stage and severity of the disease. Erythema migrans, Borrelia lymphocytoma, Lyme arthritis and acrodermatitis chronica atrophicans are primarily treated orally. If neurological symptoms, severe Lyme carditis or eye manifestations are present, IV treatment is initially recommended. For oral therapy, doxycycline, amoxicillin, cefuroxime and, if intolerance is shown, azithromycin, are available. For IV treatment ceftriaxone, cefotaxime or penicillin G is employed. The overall prognosis for treated Lyme borreliosis is good. However, in particular when manifestations with substantial organic injury have persisted, incomplete healing must be expected. With the exception of erythema migrans, every manifestation should be subjected to a careful diagnostic work-up prior to the start of treatment, because premature antibiotic administration is not only associated with an elevated risk for the patient, but can also mask important diagnostic signs. This review on stage-oriented treatment of Lyme borreliosis did not mention IM penicillin as a therapeutic option.
During the hot mixing process, the lime clasts develop a characteristically brittle nanoparticulate architecture, creating an easily fractured and reactive calcium source, which, as the team proposed, could provide a critical self-healing functionality. As soon as tiny cracks start to form within the concrete, they can preferentially travel through the high-surface-area lime clasts. This material can then react with water, creating a calcium-saturated solution, which can recrystallize as calcium carbonate and quickly fill the crack, or react with pozzolanic materials to further strengthen the composite material. These reactions take place spontaneously and therefore automatically heal the cracks before they spread. Previous support for this hypothesis was found through the examination of other Roman concrete samples that exhibited calcite-filled cracks.
MIT researchers have discovered that ancient Romans used lime clasts when manufacturing concrete, giving the material self-healing properties, reports Katie Hunt for CNN. "Concrete allowed the Romans to have an architectural revolution," explains Prof. Admir Masic. "Romans were able to create and turn the cities into something that is extraordinary and beautiful to live in. And that revolution basically changed completely the way humans live."

LLLT is a relatively new therapeutic modality. LLLT received FDA approval in 2002 for the treatment of pain associated with carpal tunnel syndrome and in 2004 for iliotibial band syndrome. Most studies have focused on pain management and wound healing. Recently, the effects of LLLT on nerve tissue have been investigated.18,19 However, the literature on LLLT effectiveness is conflicting. More research is needed to further investigate its effectiveness and to determine optimal treatment parameters.1
Infrared therapy is another novel therapy in regenerative medicine. In one clinical randomized control trial by Sangma et al., infrared heat with routine dressing was more effective in reducing ulcer size and healing for chronic diabetic foot ulcers.55 Newer studies reveal infrared neural stimulation (INS) can help with wound healing and nerve tissue regeneration due to photothermal effects and can be combined with transcranial direct current brain stimulation for inducing neural stimulation and regeneration in traumatic brain injury.56
However, certain fruits and vegetables can help your body rid itself of EBV and heal from its effects. The following 24 foods (mostly based on the book Thyroid Healing, but based on a personal experience we added few into this healing recipe) are the best ones to incorporate into your diet. Include them daily or as often as possible, so that you get all of these foods into your system.
I am so sorry. I hope you can see a lyme literate doctor. Many people need longer courses of treatment and sometimes a mixture of natural interventions and mainstream. Lyme can go into persister form so you can have symptoms that relapse and remit. -of-lyme-tick-borne-illness/ and -disease-tick-coinfections/
In general, protein, carbohydrates, and fat all play an important role in nutritional balance. But more specifically certain foods like lean proteins, fruits, and vegetables may be important to target when optimizing your diet for healing or infection prevention. The protein needs for those at highest risk are already greater due to their history of chronic illness or age. In order to protect and support lean muscle mass, choose lean protein sources such as chicken, turkey, seafood, or plant-based options like beans, nuts, or nut butter, and legumes. Curious about protein supplements or meal replacement supplements? Check in with a registered dietitian or healthcare provider about which brand is ideal. 041b061a72
